Master Accounts
Master accounts are a super-admin layer that lets privileged users manage all accounts across the platform from a single place — useful for support, operations, and partner management.
What master accounts can do
- View and search all accounts across the entire platform
- Create new accounts on behalf of partners or customers
- Update account metadata — plan, status, description, partner codes
- Activate, deactivate, renew, or close any account
- View any account's details, users, and payment records
- Reassign accounts to different pricing plans

Access control
Master account endpoints require a user with the master role. Regular users and developers cannot access these routes regardless of their account plan.

Pricing plans can also be managed at the master level:
Plans are addressed by name, not by numeric id:
